IT Support Specialist II
The Information Technology Support Specialist supports Cedar Park Church and School strategic and operational objectives in the following ways:
- Provides first tier technical assistance to system users for computer related problems;
- Supports, troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves desktop computer equipment hardware, software, and peripheral equipment problems; and,
- Performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.
This position requires considerable contact with users across all levels of staff and management while providing technology-based solutions to solve their computer hardware/software problems. The responsibilities include computer hardware maintenance, software installs and support of Google Admin Console, Windows Server 2012, 2016 Active Directory Users and Computers.

Cedar Park’s Maintenance Team provides support to Cedar Park’s Churches and Schools, primarily on the Bothell campus. This is mainly a physical role that is also technical and service oriented. An ideal candidate would enjoy practical, hands-on problems solving, supporting others, and following procedures and routines in a non-competitive environment.
