Cinnamon Rolls:
Dough:
1 Cup Water
2 Tbl butter softened
1 egg
3 1/3 C. flour
1/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbl Yeast
Filling:
1 stick butter softened
1 C. Sugar
2 Tbl Cinnamon
Frosting:
8
oz. Cream Cheese softened
1/2 C. Butter softened
1
tsp vanilla
Milk till thin enough to spread
Water to 105 - 115 degrees, add yeast and sugar till bubbly. Mix in the
rest of the dough ingredients. Mix several minutes. Raise in warm place
45 min or till doubled. flatten into 15 X 10 inch rectangle. Slather
with butter and cinnamon and sugar. Roll up tightly on 10" side,
so that log is 15" long. Cut with sharp knife into 1" rolls. Put in
greased 13 X 9" pan and raise until doubled. Bake 25 - 30 minutes @ 350
degrees or until golden brown.
Mix frosting ingredients together until light and fluffy.
