- Count 1 : Turn
90 degrees to the left into a right back-stance, then execute a upper double
knife hand with left hand in the front
- Count 2:
Turn 180 degrees and again execute a upper double knife hand with right hand
in front
- Count 3:
Turn 90 degrees to the left into a right front (right foot in back) stance,
execute a down block with the left hand, immediately followed by crossing
the right arm over and on top of the left intersecting at the wrist.
- Count 4:
Step up into a left front stance and execute a reinforced outside block with
the right arm
- Count 5:
Step up straight with both feet together and chamber both hands palm to palm
on the right hip looking to the left
- Count 6:
Snap out left arm straight in a blocking motion, execute a front kick with
the left leg, shuffle in the direction you are facing into a right back
stance, and execute a right elbow smash into the left hand.
- Count 7:
Step up towards the elbow smash, put feet together, chamber both hands palm
to palm on the left hip and face the opposite direction
- Count 8:
Snap out right arm straight in a blocking motion, execute a front kick with
the right leg, shuffle in the direction you are facing into a left back
stance, and execute a left elbow smash into the right hand.
- Count 9:
Step 90 degrees to the left into a left back stance (moving the right foot
forward) and execute a knife hand strike to the neck with the right hand
while simultaneously executing a knife handed upper block with the left hand
- Count 10:
Execute a front kick with the front foot, bring the back foot behind the
front, and execute a right handed back fist to the front
- Count 11:
Turn 270 degrees over the left shoulder into a right back stance and execute
an outside block with the left arm
- Count 12:
Front kick with the back leg, set it down in front landing in a walking
stance, and execute a mid-level punch with both arms (right arm first).
- Count 13:
Turn 180 degrees over right shoulder into a left back stance and execute an
outside block with the right arm
- Count 14:
Front kick with the back leg, set it down in front landing in a walking
stance, and execute a mid-level punch with both arms (left arm first).
- Count 15:
Step 90 degrees to the left into a front stance with your left foot in front
and execute a reinforced outside block with your left hand
- Count 16:
Step forward into a front stance with your right foot in front and execute a
reinforced outside block with your right hand
- Count 17:
Step forward into a front stance with your left foot in front and execute a
reinforced outside block with your left hand
- Count 18:
Step up 45 degrees to the left and execute a double handed grabbing and
breaking motion over a rising right knee, kiai on break, place right foot
down in front, turn 180 degrees over left shoulder into a right back stance,
and execute a mid-level double knife hand with left hand in front.
- Count 19:
Look 90 degrees to the right
- Count 20:
Step up in the direction you are facing with back leg and shuffle forward
into a left back stance executing a mid-level double knife hand with right
hand in front.
- Count 21:
Shuffle backwards, then rise into ready position.
