- Count 1 : Turn
90 degrees to the left, right back-stance, then execute an outside block
with the left-hand
- Count 2:
Step up with back leg and execute an outside block with the right hand, and
down block with the left hand simultaneously, then reverse both blocks
simultaneously
- Count 3:
Turn on left foot 180 degrees into a left back stance, and execute an
outside block with the right-hand
- Count 4:
Step up with back leg and execute an outside block with the left hand, and
down block with the right hand simultaneously, then reverse both blocks
simultaneously
- Count 5:
Turn 90 degrees to left stepping back into a right back stance,
execute an outside block with left hand
- Count 6:
Step up into a walking stance and execute a spear hand with the right hand
and kiai
- Count 7:
Spin 180 degrees on right foot into a right front stance with the right hand
by your right leg in a knife hand position with the palm facing behind you,
and your left hand chambered.
- Count 8:
Spin 180 degrees on right foot into a right back stance and execute a front
punch with the left hand
- Count 9:
Step into walking stance and execute a front punch with right hand
- Count 10:
Spin 180 degrees on right foot into an attention stance with both fists on
hips (palms facing to the rear)
- Count 11:
Spin forward 90 degrees to left on left foot into a horse stance, block
forward with crook of right elbow, strike with right back fist, then put
right fist back on hip.
- Count 12:
Spin forward 180 degrees on right foot into a horse stance, block forward
with crook of left elbow, strike with left back fist, then put left fist
back on hip
- Count 13:
Spin forward 180 degrees on left foot into a horse stance, block forward
with crook of right elbow, strike with right back fist
- Count 14:
Step up in the direction of the back fist into a walking stance (left foot
in front) and execute a front punch with the left hand
- Count 15:
Turn 180 degrees to your rear/right on right foot into a horse
stance chambering your left hand and punching over your left shoulder with
your right hand
- Count 16:
Look to the right
- Count 17:
Shuffle stance to the right and reverse hands
- Count 18:
Shuffle back to the left while looking to the right, and stand up in a ready
position
