Dr. T is an ordained Christian minister and a state-licensed therapist who provides Christian counseling and traditional counseling by appointment at Cedar Park Counseling Network's locations in Kenmore and Bellevue.
As Clinical Director, he trains and supervises CPCN's excellent team of Christian professional therapists.

Phillip Witty MS, MFT, CSAT
Phil Witty is a Washington State Registered Counselor who holds a BA in Psychology and Pastoral Care from Northwest University and a M.S. degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. He is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the American Association of Christian Counselors and The International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals.
He is also an advisory board member of The National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families (http://www.nationalcoalition.org/seattle.asp).
Phil is a former missionary and minister with years of Christian and life counseling experience. He and his wife have been married for more than 30 years and have raised 3 children. Lisa Kwak (Terada), MA, CFT
Lisa has M.A. in Clinical Psychology of Couples &
Family Therapy from Antioch University, Seattle.
She also earned a B.A. from the Seoul College of Arts in
Korea and a M.Div. from Tokyo Theological Seminary in Japan.

Mei Sims has a M.A in Counseling Psychology
from Northwest University, WA; and a B.A. in Christian Theology (Children's and Family Ministry). She has twelve years of counseling and ministry experience in the United States, Singapore, China and Japan. She is an ordained Christian minister. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, knowledgeable of Asian cultures and American culture. She specializes in Bi-Cultural Marriage/Family Counseling.

Vanessa Hanney, MA

ABOUT VANESSA
Vanessa Hanney specializes in teens and twentysomethings as well as all ages of adults. She has an MA in Counseling Psychology and a BA in Psychology, both from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. She is a Washington State Registered Counselor and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. In the past she has worked as a pregnancy counselor, counseling teens in unplanned pregnancies, and has five years of experience in the field of counseling.

How the Premarital and Marriage Counseling Programs Work:
You’ll attend an initial intake session prior to beginning Couples Counseling with Leslie. Then you will take the couples inventories which will identify your strengths and growth areas as a couple. Then you’ll meet for 6 Feedback sessions with Leslie Savage, who is professionally trained to administer the program. The program costs $180 for an online inventory and 6 feedback sessions (additional feedback sessions are $25 each).

A graduate student at Seattle Pacific University, Leslie is studying Marriage and Family Therapy. She is an intern at Cedar Park Counseling Network who focuses on couples and family counseling. Kimball C. ("KC") Ayers , MFT Intern
KC is currently a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Seattle Pacific University. As part of his training, KC serves as an intern counselor at Cedar Park Counseling Network. He sees clients at CPCN’s Kenmore office and will soon be at our new office in Issaquah.
He provides help for individuals, couples and families who struggle with trauma related histories, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as co-occurring substance abuse disorders. KC assists those who are seeking to develop their own emotional maturity through skill building in the areas of increased distress tolerance (anger management), conflict resolution and improved communication with those closest to us. KC focuses on changing behavioral, emotional, and thinking patterns associated with unresolved past issues. His desire is to create improved relational harmony with spouses, children and families.
KC is a trained facilitator in Life Skills, a 32-week character development course in which negative behavior patterns are replaced with more positive ones by Learning to Live and Learning to Love more effectively. Janet O'Donnell , MHC
Janet O’Donnell specializes in working with children, teenagers, and families. Janet has a passion for working with teenagers who struggle with life’s challenges and are involved in at risk behavior. Her areas of interest in counseling include:

She is working on her Masters in Counseling Psychology at Northwest University in Kirkland. She intends to continue her studies and complete her doctorate in Psychology, with a particular focus in children with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD and ADHD), Aspergers and other learning / behavioral problems. She enjoys helping families learn teaching and coping skills for their children. She especially enjoys teaching classes and leading practical groups and seminars.
She has more than 10 years' experience working with teenagers from diverse cultures in international student exchange programs, and in the past few years has mentored and volunteered with programs such as Youth Dynamics and Cocoon House. She has worked for the past 12 years in education, homeschooled her three children, and assisted in the development of a Parent Partner Program for homeschooling families in the Arlington School District. She has facilitated True Color Seminars, staff development programs, and is a substitute teacher in the Arlington School District.
Janet says, "I believe God has given me a particular calling to work with youth and the difficulties with which they may encounter in their life journeys. I desire to assists in the healing process with families who are feeling hopeless and are suffering. I believe I understand the challenges teenagers are facing in the current youth culture and their need for understanding and/or direction. I would like to give families support and encouragement in this developmental process called adolescence."
