"Changes for Healing" Class This interactive class, providing valuable tools for relationship building and healing, meets on Sundays at 9am in Room 209 of the Cedar Park High School. This is a class in practical Christianity-- "How to connect with other people, with God, and with yourself." Join us for the current topic, "12 Christian Beliefs that Can Drive You Crazy: Relief from False Assumptions." Learn how beliefs that are couched in religious language and supported inaccurately by Scripture can have devastating effects on believers. Mary West Brandenburg, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, an Adjunct Professor in the School of Graduate Psychology at Northwest University, and a licensed, ordained minister. If you are a late sleeper, this is the class for you! We make time for process, interaction and coffee. Valiant Man is a 10-session DVD class with study and devotional guide designed to educate, strengthen and encourage men in their quest to experience a life of healthy and fulfilling sexuality. "Healthy Life Solutions" Video & Discussion Series with "Dr. T"

Turn Your Stumbling Blocks into Stepping Stones This is a four-week series that gives couples an opportunity to come together and share their concerns with other couples in similar situations. You’re not alone and though this small group program you’ll learn about your couple strengths and how to turn your stumbling blocks into stepping stones, areas of growth. Your marital happiness can grow through a deeper understanding of how your relationship works. Through this process you’ll strengthen your relationship and learn new ways to navigate a healthier, more fulfilling marriage. Select the series that best represents your relationship:

“Drug-Proofing Your Kids” Vanessa Hanney, M.A. teaches a 6-week class that helps parents establish strategies to prevent their children’s use of drugs and examine their own beliefs, attitudes and behaviors about drug use. Parents will gain information on services, support, and resources available in their communities. Costs: $20 for a workbook and $10 per class. Class will meet in Woodinville or Bothell when 10 people have signed up. + + +
Parenting Support Group Mei Sims, M.A., a helpful and experienced "Parenting Coach," offers practical and helpful support for homeschooling and working mothers.
