         <title>Oasis Bible Studies</title>
         <link>http://www.cedarpark.org/calendar/view.php?id=1170</link>
<description>As a part of Oasis, we will be offering small group
electives. This is a great opportunity to seek God and get connected with other women on a deeper level. These groups will meet every other week over 12 weeks (six sessions total). On these nights we will meet together briefly in the Music Room and then break into our small groups.

Choose from the following study choices:

Discerning the Voice of God: How to Recognize When God Speaks by Pricilla Shirer
Facilitated by Pastor Lindsay Fosner and
Lisa McKenney

Having a hard time knowing what God is saying versus what others are saying? By growing closer to God through His Word, participants will be able to discern God's voice from the voice of strangers. Workbooks available for $12.

When God’s People Pray by Jim Cymbala
Facilitated by Mei Sims and Barb Gopen

Prayer can change lives and circumstances like nothing else can. What are the keys that unlock its power, that turn prayer from a mere activity into a vital link with God and all his resources? DVD and book study. Workbooks available for $9.

Anonymous: Jesus’ Hidden Years and Yours
by Alicia Britt Chole
Facilitated by Annette Millard and Lynnda McKenney

If you've ever felt hidden or invisible…
If you're familiar with unfulfilled longings…
If you know what it's like to be in transition…

There are seasons throughout our lives where we are unseen, uncelebrated. Hidden years are unapplauded but not unproductive. They are sacred spaces, to be rested in not rushed through and most definitely never to be regretted. Join us as we recognize the riches God grows in us during uncelebrated seasons of our lives. Books available for $14.

In the off weeks we will continue enjoying a rotation of activities at Oasis. For more details go to www.cedarpark.org/women.
